TENSYN FN has good Dispersing & buffering and Dye leveling capacity. TENSYN FN does not lighten anionic dyeing. TENSYN FN has excellent light fastness and does not yellow when exposed to heat. TENSYN FN has mild tanning effect and only modifies the character of chrome leather slightly.

As a result,TENSYN FN is suitable for the following applications:
1. TENSYN FN can be used either alone (1-2% on shaved weight) or in combination with commonly used Dispersing agents, e.g sodium bicarbonate sodium formate etc.(0.5-2.0% on shaved weight) in the neutralization of all types of chorme leather.

2. TENSYN FN is very suitable for use at the start of retannage and can be used either on its own or in combination with other retanning materials.

3. TENSYN FN has very good leveling properties because of its anionic character, so it does not lighten dyeing with anionic dyestuffs.

4. TENSYN FN is particularly suitable for use as a Dispersing & Dye Leveling retaining material for aniline, nubuck, suede and other types of leather where full colours,brilliance, levelness, light-fastness and heat resistance are important.

5. TENSYN FN –BISL can also be used for white leather and leathers to be dyed to pale shades.
